Experimental Food Society Spectacular Exhibition

The TrumanBrewery in London is hosting an Experimental Food Spectacular 2013 in early November.  As a food photographer, an entire event focused on our perceptions of food is exciting to me.  Especially when thinking about how my terra cibus fine art line does just that.

According to their e-release, there will be an awe inspiring assemblage of butter sculptors, food landscape artists, cake artists, food futurologists, food model-makers and experimental confectioners, to name a few.

They are there to prove there’s more to food than just swallowing it. 😉
