This month’s infographic post is on the skyrocketing street food trend. Even though it’s part of my business to know about food trends, I was surprised by some of the information gathered by the clever folks at The Food People in Chichester, southern England.

For instance, the #1 country for searching the term “street food” is Singapore, with a 120% increase in just the last year alone. Or, that there are 20,000 street food vendors in Bangkok. Closer to home, I’m lucky enough to live in San Francisco which has the famous food truck park, Off the Grid--which is a roaming food truck extravaganza.
