This past weekend I was featured on famed chef Evan Kleiman'sGood Food radio show in LA.

We talked about my terra cibus project, which shows the inherent beauty found in the foods we eat everyday using a scanning electron microscope. Evan was excited to share these close-up images, and the shrimp photo astounded her!
