Food Porn

Aha!  Caught your attention, did I?  Well, the folks at Bolthouse Farms caught mine too.  They put together this food/technology post about the photos we take of our food…or food porn.

Bolthouse Farms, with the help of creative shop Tiny Rebellion, is trying to change the balance of food lust on the web in favor of more wholesome grub.  Their interactive webpage wonders why junk food should get all the photo-glory, and its healthy alternatives like kale and brussell sprouts are left image-free on the net.

What caught my eye is my love for both food photography and technology/science.  This is an interesting and innovative way to showcase a lack of unrepresented produce. 😉
