If you follow my blog, you know that I love Love LOVEinfographics! And as a food photographer, this one especially caught my eye!
With over 200 tools depicted, from the common to the esoteric, this infographic is a fascinating illustration of gastronomical instruments. It’s hard to imagine now, but a few centuries ago, polite society would actually eat with their hands! One would carry their supper knife around on their person, and show it off as a status symbol to their peers, but would still use their fingers to bring food to mouth. Oh, how we’ve progressed!
